To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is necessary, irrespective of your chosen method of payment for the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur the full appointment fee. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) due to illness or emergency, kindly contact the clinic via email with relevant documentation for consideration.
Non-Sexual Policy
Royal Thai Massage & Wellness strictly upholds a non-sexual environment. As our massages involve Thai-style techniques, appropriate undergarments are required. Any form of inappropriate behavior will promptly terminate the session without reimbursement.
Jewelry and Valuables
Royal Thai Massage is not responsible for any lost or damaged valuable jewelry items; please leave them at home.
Children Policy
Only the individual with the appointment is permitted in the treatment room. We do not have additional space to accommodate extra guests. Therefore, we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare and do not bring your children to the clinic.
Policy Adherence
Failure to comply with our policies may result in refusal of service. We reserve the right to decline service as deemed necessary.
We love what we do and treat all our clients with the same respect we extend to our staff. We have zero tolerance for verbal abuse towards our team members. If you are placed on our "not welcome" list, we will ask you to seek services from another healthcare provider.
